Breaking Free with
Moms Support Group
You're Not Alone
Our program offers a supportive space for open discussions, addressing challenges, and combating issues like postpartum depression through the guidance of Beth Moore’s ‘Breaking Free’.
Every Friday (Oct - Dec), We Will Be There
Register and join us every Friday as new moms come together to share their experiences and navigate the challenges of post-pregnancy life. Our supportive group provides a space for open discussions on the emotional and practical aspects of motherhood, fostering connections and offering valuable insights to help each mom overcome the unique challenges they face after giving birth.
Where it’s held: 101 Cowardin Ave, Suit 103B Richmond, VA 23224
What Should You Expect
In contrast to conventional support groups, our program is dedicated to assisting mothers in overcoming mental barriers and mastering the various aspects of their lives as women.
We’ll use Beth Moore’s book, “Breaking Free”, to help us work through postpartum challenges and discover genuine freedom in our Mom Support Group. While this is similar to our 80-course program, “The Breaking Free Biblical Support Group“, the content of our mom support group is flexible and may be adjusted based on the preferences of participating moms throughout the program.
